Abby Bryte, CEO and Founder of C2S (Complex 2 Simple, LLC), brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the utility pole auditing and strategic management industries. With a strong commitment to accuracy, reliability, and innovative solutions, she has positioned C2S as a trusted leader in field data collection and workflow optimization.
Abby has a decade of experience and holds an MBA from Norwich University. She has personally collected and permitted thousands of poles and managed numerous field collection teams a 0% recollection rate across all jobs. In addition, to her work in the utility sector, Abby has successfully audited organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), updated and standardized training programs, and facilitated the implementation of streamlined workflows.
These initiatives have significantly improved team efficiency across both utility and emergency services industries. Known for her integrity, Abby is committed to safety, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of her work.

Jim Yates, Business Development Manager at C2S (Complex 2 Simple, LLC), brings over 40 years of hands-on and executive experience in the telecommunications industry. His career began in the field, splicing telephone cable, and evolved into founding and later selling a successful telecommunications engineering firm—giving him a rare, full-spectrum understanding of the industry from the ground up.
Jim’s expertise spans aerial and underground engineering, fiber route planning, large-scale permitting, and working directly with municipalities, utility companies, and national telecommunications firms. Over the past decade, he has overseen the deployment of thousands of miles of fiber optic infrastructure and has played a critical role in advancing broadband expansion initiatives across the Midwest.
Beyond the field, Jim has taught business and telecommunications courses at Ball State University, facilitated CEO board trainings, and provided strategic consulting to firms navigating growth, mergers, and regulatory challenges. Known for his approachable leadership style, strategic clarity, and outcome-driven mindset, Jim is a driving force behind C2S’s ability to deliver efficient, scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of utility and telecom clients alike.
